Mr Odire is the Country General Manager of Browns East Africa Plantations PLC, and has had a career spanning almost 30 years, dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives across various regions which includes a significant tenure at Unilever, LIPTON Teas and Infusions and his current role at Browns East Africa Plantations. He is committed to leveraging his extensive experience to continue driving success and fostering growth within the business and tea industry.

He has a background in Analytical Chemistry, MBA Strategic Management and currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership Management at the Management University of Africa.
